A 20 hour course on how to practice and teach arm balances with expert teacher Shimon Tchobutaru who along with his wife Jacqui Brumley share over 60 years of collective yoga experience.
Learn how to strengthen your arms and core, open your hips, awaken your shoulder joints to balance lightly and gracefully like a bird.

It wil teach you how to practice the arm balance asanas as well as HOW to teach them.
Notes awill be given to each participant and a certificate at the end of the 20 hour course.
