In this Workshop we will look at the emotions from a Yogic point of view, trying to understand how they arise, function and ultimately we will find ways to help manage and resolve them in a more productive and less destructive way.
Please note: this class is not a practical asana class but rather a theory/philosophy/discussion class where we will delve into the different aspects of our emotional world. We will however discuss and practice certain techniques to help release and process strong emotions.
