Would you like to enjoy some peace and quiet to relax and unwind before the mad end of year rush and Christmas holidays? Are you feeling exhausted, drained and like you need to get away but don´t have the time? Then this could be exactly what you need.........

The end of the year is upon us, so why not take some well deserved time out and celebrate a year of hard work with a day just for you......yoga, beautiful food, time to relax and all in a quiet nature setting, the perfect recipe for health and well-being.

I would love for you to join me for a day of Yoga in a gorgeous setting and watch your tension melt away. Return relaxed, renewed and full of energy.

The day will look a little like this:

  • Arrival by 10am followed by a light, healthy morning snack
  • A 2-hour Hatha Yoga class
  • A delicious & nourishing vegetarian lunch at around 12.30pm
  • “Me” time; relax, read, chat, nap, meditate, or do nothing at all
  • A deeply relaxing and stress releasing 2-hour afternoon Restorative Yoga class
  • Home time around 5pm

Switch off your phone and computer and leave your work load behind to delve into nature, Yoga, silence and peace for a full day at the Yanada Retreat Centre in the Hawkesbury River, just 90-minutes from Sydney’s CBD, a beautiful purpose-built eco-Yoga retreat surrounded by bush land and the sound of native bird life.

In your spare time there are many things to do (or not do if you choose!) including:

  • Swimming in the beautiful crystalline pool
  • Walk or drive into the historic St. Albans village
  • Take a walk amongst the beautiful native bush
  • Relax on the verandah or meditate under a tree
