This 7 week course with Penny Cuthbert introduces the Shadow Yoga prelude Chaya Yoddha Sancalanam (Churning of the Shadow Warrior)

Chaya Yoddha Sancalanam builds on an understanding of the Bala Krama prelude. It breaks down restrictions in the hips and shoulders and improves the circulation of breath, blood, lymph and life force.

It is suitable for those who have completed an Introduction to Shadow Yoga course or Bala Krama prelude Introduction or for those who wish to revise this prelude.
