Description
This morning intensive will run over two weeks 4-6 & 11-13 January (Mon - Wed only). Booking is required as there are staggered start times from 6.00 am and places are limited.
It is suitable for those wishing to deepen their understanding of Shadow Yoga and cultivate self practice. Individual guidance is given by the teacher.
It is recommended for Prelude Introduction and Prelude course students.
