Description

Sundernath (Shandor Remete)  is the founder of Shadow Yoga and Nṛtta Sādhanā and is an initiate of the Goraksha Sampradaya of the Kanpatha Yogis.

This lecture is suitable for anyone with an interest in Hatha Yoga.
