About Nam Nidhan:

Nam Nidhan Kaur Khalsa is the founder of the International Mujer De Luz Foundation (Woman of Light) and a pioneer in combining social intervention with the teachings of Kundalini Yoga, to support government programs for Women’s Development. She has been dedicated to teaching women around the world for over 18 years, and in 2014 was Awarded with Honors by the Kundalini Research Institute as an outstanding teacher for her service and purity in delivering the teachings.

The Foundation began in South America and has since reached the USA, Spain, China and now the UK. It delivers programs to inspire and empower all women, including social programs for women experiencing abuse or depression, and for women prisoners. This is her first tour to Australia.

She is also teaching A Masterclass on Friday September 9 September at Kundalini Yoga Collective. Intuitive Mind: Open to all.
