THE MEDITATION SERIES
Every Sunday Afternoon* in February
4pm- 5.15pm * exception Sunday February 24, class will be 12pm - 1.15pm
You can join in on any class, and it is not a requirement to attend every class
In this class, we shall focus primarily on the jewels of Kundalini Yoga, the meditations; developing our meditative mind and clearing our sub-conscious, the garbage that blocks us from seeing our true perfect nature. Our intention is to prepare for Guru Dev Singh Khalsa, the Master of Sat Nam Rasayan, first visit to Australia on March 9 -10 in Melbourne. To practise sitting in deep meditation for longer periods of time, will help us receive the teachings in a stable mindset when he comes. Whether you plan to join us in Melbourne in March or whether you are curious to learn more about the wealth within the Meditative state, please join us.
