Deepen your understanding of your self, your existence, your every day life through the transformative practise of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan
In this 5 months series, this month of March we shall explore the idea of Sutra One: Recognise the Other Person is You through Kundalini Yoga kriyas.
- we are all humans, all beings of the spirit, all connected
- we all experience pain, love, lost, connection
- we are all living through the karmic sequences in the landscape of the everyday in this universe in this time and space.

Each class is on a drop in basis, every Saturday morning at 8am.
This class welcomes complete beginners to Yoga through to experienced Yogi's who are seeking a deeper understanding of themself.
Each class involves a physical movement based Kundalini Yoga kriya with a deep relaxation.
First class is at the special rate of $5
Casual class is $20
Concession rate for students / unemployed / nurses $10
