Dive deep into self to explore what IT IS that keeps us in the the Contracted and Limited state of our insecurities; our so-called "weaknesses”. In this workshop, we shall feel our Limited Self, contemplate upon it, meditate and then release. In group consciousness we shall understand ourselves as beings and learn to "Just Drop It". As Yogi Bhajan states “We are not human beings having a spiritual experience, we are spiritual beings having a human experience” Don't try to be perfect as the Infinite has already created us in Perfection. Practise and live in our freedom of true happiness which is our birthright.
