You will be guided through mindfulness meditation methods to open the heart and increase feelings of calm and wellbeing.
Improve your flexibility, open your heart centre and feel your positive energy rise. We will practice conscious breathing (pranayama), physical postures (asana), mindfulness meditation (anapanasati), and deep conscious relaxation (guided yoga nidra).
