A weekend to refresh your practice and/or your teaching with ideas on making yoga practice accessible and beneficial.

As teachers, or simply regular practitioners of yoga, we often need re-inspiration. This workshop weekend is intended to give you just that-a chance to relax, and go deeper into your own practice. Flo will also share the ways that we can use props and break-downs of the postures so as to make each asana fit the individual-rather than trying to make the individual fit the posture! Use this weekend in beautiful Byron Bay as a time to refresh and renew your own energy!


Schedule / Itinerary

Saturday 28th October- 2pm-4.30pm (note all times in AEST)
An experiential session of meditation, relaxation, mantra, pranayama and gentle asana techniques using props and modifications to enhance the accessability and comfort of the practice.
NOTE: MORNING PRACTICE SATURDAY FROM 10AM-12 AVAILABLE WITH FLO’S REGULAR STUDENTS FOR AN EXTRA $20.00-FIRST 5 STUDENTS ONLY!

Sunday 29th October – 10am-12.30pm
Meditation, asana, pranayama.
Ideas for a morning practice to build mobility, strength and energy that uses props and modifications to make each asana suitable for a range of abilities and levels.
