Intouch Yoga Teacher Trainings are intimate and personal boutique trainings with numbers less than 12 students.
Level 1 200 hours internationally approved by Yoga Alliance.

yoga practice and life-style. Whatever your motivation, one thing past
students of trainings repeatedly tell me is – life will never be the

A strong focus on injury prevention, yoga for individual needs, functional anatomy and bio-mechanics differentiates this training and the skills that you will learn.
Schedule 2018
The one day per week format Level One 200/350 hour Intouch Yoga
Teacher Training days are Thursdays and possibly some Sundays and
run from 8.30am-4.30pm in Suffolk Park, near Byron Bay NSW.
The course will run from March-November over 30 meeting dates (200
Hours) and March-December over 35 meeting dates (350 Hours) There are
breaks in the schedule for school holidays.
The course is currently recognised by Yoga Alliance and is a certified 200 Hour Training. it is also recognised by Yoga Australia at both the 200 hour and 350 hour level.
As well as the required 29/35 meeting dates, there will be a
required minimum 4 home practice sessions, plus some homework, averaging
at another 10 hours per week.
