If you are looking for a yoga introduction course or refresher, join Flex' studio manager Cameron on a journey of discovery into the fascinating world of yoga asana, yoga philosophy and the history of yoga.
To take things from theory to practice, we will workshop the basic postures used in a vinyasa / power yoga style sequence. This will give you a clear idea of how the postures feel for your body, when practiced correctly. From there, you will learn to find your own way into the postures, appropriate for your level of fitness and flexibility. This will allow you to confidently attend open level classes with any teacher.
The workshop will include a sequence handbook / workbook to take away.

As Flex Studio Manager, Cameron Brown is one of our most senior Yoga Instructors. He is an ERYT-500 Plus Yoga Alliance Power Yoga Trainer, RYT-Yin 50 and Pilates Mat work Trainer with over 20 years experience as a Yoga practitioner.
He has been teaching full time since 2015 in over a dozen of Brisbane’s best Yoga Studios and Fitness centres.
His favourite styles are Power Yoga, Gentle flow, Yin, Vinyasa and Hot Yoga. Cam’s classes are dynamic, transformative, challenging, fun and enlightening with a focus on modern awareness to traditional asana and movement. He has come on board with Flex as studio manager and senior teacher in 2018.
