Whether it is tension in your hips, Pain in your lower back, or tightness through your hamstrings this workshop will help you find relief and a new opportunity to feel great.
This Hip Opening workshop will take you through an easy warm up and introduce you to the science of your physiology. You’ll discover the hidden areas that have been causing your tension and you’ll learn simple exercises and stretches that you can do at home or in yoga to help you reach your goals.
This workshop will open you up to new possibilities, new postures and a new-found range of movement. These postures and systematic approach will be incorporating breathing with alignment, muscle engagement and flexibility.
The main goal of the workshop is for you to discover how to create your own results and maximize your practice and efforts.
