Kids 5-8yo Tuesday July 4 and July 11, 1pm-4pm
Tweens & Teens Thursday July 6 and July 13, 1pm-4pm
A FUN and meaningful HOLIDAY activity for KIDS
Kids will be introduced to yoga poses through fun physical activities, partner work, dance and games. Learn simple tips for quieting their mind through guided relaxation that will increase their ability to concentrate and listen internally.
