Description

Masterclasses with Jo Tastula & Stu Watkins.

Saturday June 11: 1.30pm - 4pm:

Sacred Utterances: Flowing with Mantra - Jo Tastula.

As valuable as yoga asana is in the pracice of yoga, there is also so much that encompases a truly awakening and integrative yoga practice. We can dive deeper into the subtle realms and be transported by sound, breath and the sacred vibrations of mantra. Initially these utterances are like tuning forks, opening up pathways for energy to flow succintly, but eventually the experience is one of realisation and oneness with the Truth of what is being cultivated.

  • Learn the 4 stages of sacred listening.
  • Disover breathing mantras, sacred sounds and mantras for healing and compassion.
  • Practice applying mantra to asana and transforming your practice to one of realising and embodying your most radiant, whole Self.

Sunday June 12: 1.30pm - 4pm:
