Description

BodyMindLife's Advanced Classes allow students to explore yoga in a non-competitive and playful way. Some classes may include interactive demonstrations to introduce new techniques.

  • 16 April with Murray Hatton at Rozelle
  • 7 May with Persia Rutchinski at Surry Hills
  • 21 May with Murray Hatton at Rozelle
  • 4 June with Heather Moritz at Surry Hills
  • 18 June with Persia Rutchinski at Rozelle

All classes are two hours in length (12.30pm-2.30pm). Everyone is welcome so please come along and see what your body can do!
