The ancient Indian philosophy of health and wellbeing recognises that we are all unique. It focuses on food, lifestyle, yoga and natural therapies to suit our individual make-up.
In Ayurveda there are three constitution types or doshas. Finding your type and imbalances gives you a way of developing a logical health plan.
The day will include an introduction to the doshas and the elements, Yoga and pranayama for your doshas session, a full Ayurvedic daily detox routine, relaxation and a preview of the recipe book, Cooking with Love by Dru executive chef, Keith Squires.

Cancellations - If you cancel (because of illness or some other unforseen circumstance) then we give you the option of transferring the event fee to a future Dru event.
