As tempting as it is to put 2020 behind us, there are some valuable lessons to be mined.
2020 has affected everyone, physically, mentally and emotionally.
In this 3hr workshop, we will review the year that was and reframe our experience to find the hidden lessons. Because when we change the way we look at things, the things we look at change.
We will then take these lessons into the year ahead and consciously create our new year intention.
The workshop will feature a combination of physical yoga poses, breathing techniques, meditation, reflection and writing exercises.
