Learn how to safely and effectively use self myofascial release with a foam roller, great for getting into your tight spots! Also included are gentle yoga movements, progressive muscle relaxation, meditation and breathing practice, afternoon tea and take home pack. No experience needed, beginner rollers provided or BYO if you have one at home and aren’t sure what to do with it. PLEASE NOTE - this is not specifically pitched at yoga teachers as a teacher training but you are very welcome to attend as many other yoga teachers have in past workshops.
