Description
Finally, here is the workshop that all of you regular attendees have been asking for! Attendance at some classes somewhere at some point in your life is a pre-requisite so that we can cover a bit more ground.
We'll discuss what Yoga is, what the 8 limbs are, how they apply in a class situation and how you might carry these concepts into your everyday life. There will be some theory and some practice and hopefully a new level of understanding to your weekly classes. Please bring a mat, blanket, cushion and water bottle (if you don't have a mat, please let us know)
