Description
"Releasing Tension in Body & Mind"
Beginners very welcome, no yoga experience is needed. The day will comprise of various techniques including gentle yoga movements, self myofascial release using foam rollers (see pic above!) progressive muscle relaxation, meditation and breathing practice – no experience needed! Includes delicious morning tea and take home pack. Bring a mat, blanket, cushion and water bottle (if you don't have a mat, please let us know)
