"What is Yoga? In plain English!"
Beginners very welcome, no yoga experience is needed. If the name wasn't already taken we would call this "Yoga for Dummies"! An opportunity to explore an easy to follow guide of the 8 limbs of yoga and some simple practices to incorporate them into your everyday life. No experience needed. This will not be a boring theory session, lots of moving, breathing and meditating included plus afternoon tea and a take home pack. Bring a mat, blanket, cushion and water bottle (if you don't have a mat, please let us know)
