New Year Iyengar Yoga Intensive

Suzanne will be holding her annual New Year Intensive from Tuesday 1st - Friday 4th January. The first session will be held from 4 - 6pm on New Years Day and the following sessions will be held from 6.30 - 8am on Wednesday 2nd, Thursday 3rd & Friday 4th January.

This intensive is suitable for anyone who has a basic practical and theoretical understanding of Iyengar yoga.

If you are drawn to Iyengar yoga but feel frustrated at the lack of time available to attend classes and maintain a regular practice this could be a good place to start the new year. It is striking how many students who commence (or recommence) their practice at the beginning of a year seem to carry that through the entire year. It must be something about initiating a routine at that time which tends to stick.

Suzanne lives and breathes her yoga, and after spending many years working with her practice and many pilgrimages to Pune to learn directly from the Iyengars there is a deep well of knowledge and understanding from which she is able to draw. You will find yourself both challenged and inspired on many different levels.
