Introductory Yoga Weekend Workshop

Conducted over two days this course provides a basic framework for those new to yoga and a foundation from which to start attending classes on a regular basis.

This course will be run by James Hasemer, one of only a handful of senior certified Iyengar Yoga teachers in Australia.

In this course you will:

Learn about the theoretical principles which underpin this posture-based practice;

Become familiar with the fundamental poses practised at all levels and in all classes;

Work on creating the physical foundation that supports these poses;

Gain a vision of practice developed through teacher guided experience.
