Integrated approach to your yoga practice

Botannix Yoga Teacher Training course will offer to you an integrated approach to yoga, incorporating the following: - hatha yoga practices (asana, pranayama, bandha) - jnana (scriptural studies), - dhyana (meditation), - bhakti (devotion) - nada (sacred sound) The Course emphasises physical health, psychological well-being and spiritual growth as the main goals of your yogic practice.
