Our Yoga Teacher Training lead teacher, Katie Rose will be holding a FREE yoga class followed by a Q&A session for anyone interested in Teacher Training Course. Join in, follow the practice and ask as many questions you may have.

Hands-on teaching experience

What makes our Program different is plenty of opportunity for you to gain hands-on teaching experience. Botannix Yoga Studio owner Anne Stringer actively works on providing support to our Teacher Training Students. She will include you to give assistance to her classes or classes of any other residential studio teacher. This will give you a great amount of confidence to use the right language and plan class sequences.

Integrated approach to your yoga practice

Botannix Yoga Teacher Training course will offer to you an integrated approach to yoga, incorporating the following: - hatha yoga practices (asana, pranayama, bandha) - jnana (scriptural studies), - dhyana (meditation), - bhakti (devotion) - nada (sacred sound) The Course emphasises physical health, psychological well-being and spiritual growth as the main goals of your yogic practice. This program gives you a broad understanding of both the theoretical and practical aspects of yoga.
