Meditation Classes

If you’re looking to find peace in your life then Body Yoga’s meditation classes are just for you. Suitable for all levels, these classes will give you the tools you need to bring stillness into your life. We will explore various different types and methods of meditation in a fun and practical way. Body Yoga’s Meditation classes will also explore the 5,000 year old philosophy of yoga so you have something more to draw upon and bring into your everyday life. Classes are held in Berwick in the beautiful Body Yoga Studio – a sacred and tranquil space for you to take time out from your busy life to find inner peace. Meditation classes can be done alone or combined with any of our yoga classes. These classes are for every BODY.
