Description
In this empowering 6 month yoga teacher training course on the Sunshine Coast, you will participate in a systematic, hands-on approach to health, personal growth and awakening.
Being Yoga present a highly integrated approach to the practice and teaching of yoga that makes this timeless discipline accessible to all. Our philosophy is simple. We believe that humans possess an incredible, yet largely untapped potential. When the practices of yoga are skillfully applied this acts like a key to gradually unlock the fullness of our innate strengths, gifts and talents.
This is a highly experiential, hands-on yoga training course with plenty of time spent applying the practices and teachings of yoga in a supportive group environment. There is also a home-study and practice requirement for each session.
This course is run on a part-time basis on weekends and can perfectly be integrated with a full-time working life. Our next Yoga Teacher Training course on the Sunshine Coast will run from June - December 2014.
