Description
This teacher training will help you to dive deeper into your exploration and practice of Yoga.
Throughout this 200 hour training, you will learn:
- Yogic philosophy based on the Patanjali Sutras and applying their wisdom through the teaching of Hatha Yoga and particularly the 8 Limbs of Yoga as described in the sutras
- Yogic anatomy and physiology, including energy systems such as Gunas, Chakras , Koshas and Vayus
- Scientific Anatomy and Physiology of the body applied particularly to Asana
- To develop your intuition, find your voice, increase your confidence and learn teaching methodology so you are competent to plan and teach a balanced class sequences for beginners, mixed level classes and the general population.
- You will learn how to use simple modification, adjustments and sequencing for safe and balanced practices whether it be a dynamic flow, a more precise Hatha or a more restorative session.
- You will learn and practice, asana, pranayama and meditation to increase your own experience of the mind and the obstacles of the mind as described in the sutras
- Learn to share from your own experience and knowledge and find an authenticity within your own teaching
Upon completion of the course, you will be confident to share your ability to teach a mix level balanced practice. The perfect course to commence your step into Yoga teacher or merely to advance your own practice.
Non-Refundable/Non-Transferable Deposit $500. Early bird price available when paid in full up to 1 month prior.
Participants must attend 85% of contact hrs and are responsible for ensuring they make up class content if missed.
Contact hrs may be made up if missed at participants extra cost of the facilitators fee/hr.
The course fees are non-refundable less that 2 months prior to the start date but may be transferable until another course date under exceptional circumstances.
The course fees are 50% refundable more than 2 months prior to course start date.
