Description

Pre registration compulsory. Contact Axleyoga. Everyone is able to benefit from yoga and you are invited to learn more by joining a beginners' course. The first yoga sutra of Patanjali who put the practice into a written form states, “In the now yoga begins”. There is no need to prepare. You are ready and welcome as you are now. Find out how yoga is not separate to our busy lives, but a way to find balance in all the things we do.

4 one hour classes. All equipment supplied. Limit 10.
