During these unusual times, the more we need a place to rest our minds and hearts, a place to rest the very self. That safe space is kirtan - the hearing and singing of spiritual mantras.

Please tune into our page Facebook.com/MantraRoom on Fridays from 6:30pm and Sundays from 5pm for meditation, mantras, music and inspiring yoga wisdom. These all run on Brisbane time.
