Description
Fridays are mellow yet uplifting, giving you a safe space to unwind and soak up the spiritual comfort of kirtan. Mellow acoustic chants, harmonium tunes, soothing mantras - there's really no better way to take a break from the chaos of life.
Kirtan is the heart and soul of yoga. Often described as "meditation of the heart" kirtan is the hearing and singing of mantras or transcendental sounds. Weaving together melody, music and mantra in an interactive experience with people responding to the words of the singer, clapping, swaying and sometimes dancing, kirtan is simultaneously a meditative, exhilirating and fun activity.
