Post Graduate Study for Yoga Teachers who would like to be introduced to Prānāyāma course planning methodology in the tradition of T. Krishnamacharya.
In this series you will be introduced to Prānāyāma techniques.
1. The appropriate application of Prānāyāma
2. When and how they can be sequenced in an asana practice
3. How to plan a stand-alone Prānāyāma practice.
2. Introduction to the therapeutic application of Prānāyāma
Investment: $180 for the series or $40 per class.
