Pranayama is the conscious regulation of the breath to replace an unconscious pattern with a new mindful one.
The Breath is the link between our body and mind. We can’t see it…….it is the energy inside that supports us,that keeps us alive and vital.
When we practice pranayama:
Pranayama is the link between body practices/asana and meditation.
Each class will use gentle body movement while using the breath to establish a new breath pattern.
Learn simple breathing techniques to enhance our and support the system while bringing a feeling of contentment and more peaceful state of mind.
Simple chant to extend the breath and enhance peace of mind.
