Āgamā Yoga Centre offers Yoga classes to suit the needs of a diverse range of body types and class styles. We’d like to offer students this stronger option of Yoga practice in our Tradition.
This series will focus on forward bends.
Forward bends strengthen and stretch the back, shoulders, hips, legs, as well as strengthening and massaging the abdominal area.
In this 5-week series, we will cover standing forward bends and seated forward bends, with both symmetric and asymmetric postures, gradually moving to deeper and stronger forward bends.
The practices will also cover the other classifications of postures as needed to prepare the body for the goal postures.

Investment: $90 for a 5 week pre-paid class pass.
Bookings are essential: Minimum 5 students required to start the program.
