In this fun, relaxed and friendly workshop, you'll learn simple poses to strengthen your back, stabilize your core and firm up your foundation. Strengthening your core muscles also helps with digestion and changes the way you feel about yourself. You'll leave the workshop with a smile on your face, full of confidence and vitality.
Your teacher, Mysan Sidbo, is an inspiring & passionate yogi, personal trainer, kayak instructor and core strength whizz! The workshop is limited to just six participants to ensure the highest level of teaching and effectiveness. $75
