Meet the teacher
Nikola Ellis (IAYT, E-RYT) is an experienced yoga teacher and yoga therapist. She's also the mother of a young asthmatic and has spent over a decade researching and teaching yoga therapy techniques to help people with asthma improve their health and wellbeing. She is currently undertaking a masters degree in counselling and psychotherapy.
