Description

EMBODY LOVE WORKSHOP™ is a 2 hour transformational yoga workshop for women that takes you on a journey toward self-acceptance. The goal is for you to set new intentions about how you feel, think, and speak to yourself and others.  This workshop creates a safe container for emotional expression, exposes media myths, change the conversation from criticism to kindness, and teaches self-worth and purpose. You will discover that your body is more than an object to be compared and evaluated, but instead a temple for your beautiful soul.  Workshop contents include:

♥ Dismantling the 'beauty myth'
♥ Changing the conversation from criticism to kindness
♥ Embodied yoga experience
♥ Seeing and experiencing ourselves as worthy from the inside out

♥ Recognising our contributions through conscious activism

This powerful workshop will inspire you to:

♥ Value who you are internally over your external appearance
♥ Stop comparing yourself to a false idea of beauty and to others
♥ Find inspiration to embrace your purpose in the world

PLEASE NOTE: This training takes place at Sukha Mukha Yoga, 38C McPherson Street, Bronte.
