Our Break It Down workshops will transform your experience of asana, one pose at a time, and take your practice to a new level. You will earn how to develop yoga poses with integrity and curiosity, working with your unique and ever changing body structure, ability and awareness.
A hands-on workshop with Mysan Sidbo, one of our most passionate asana teachers, you’ll walk away with a practical tool-kit to enhance your knowledge and awareness of the foundation, structure, anatomy and energetics of yoga poses.
Suitable for students of all levels and abilities, this workshop will greatly enhance the practice of beginners and experienced students alike. To ensure the highest quality, authentic teaching, this workshop is limited to just six participants, so EARLY BOOKING is recommended.
