Yoga on the Island of the Gods
Wake up to the sound of the ocean and take a kayak out to watch the sunrise - you may even catch the local dolphins on your way. Then paddle in for uplifting morning yoga followed by a delicious breakfast made from the freshest local ingredients. Welcome to your first day in paradise!
"Just amazing....makes you feel absolutely blissful. I just can't fault it and I think it's exceeded every expectation." Katrina Denoux, Sydney
Enjoy your complimentary massage, then head off to the Secret Waterfall where your trek through the jungle will be rewarded with coconut water fresh from the tree and an incredible natural shower under the powerful waterfall. Then make your way back to your boutique eco-resort for a spectacular Balinese cooking lesson - as well as learning the tricks for cooking the most flavoursome Balinese dishes, you'll get to eat your way through the menu as you go. The cooking class is always a highlight of our yoga retreats!
Relax in the afternoon with a swim in one of three sparkling private pools or get stuck into a good book on the ocean-side decks. There's more yoga in the evening - every class is tailored to meet your needs so you'll be working at just the right level whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi. Your evening yoga session ends with a delicious relaxation that puts you in the mood for a candle-lit dinner by the beach. Today's catch from the local fisherman, vegetarian salads from the resort's own vegetable garden and mouthwatering, authentic Balinese delicacies - with all meals included on this retreat, you don't have to worry about a thing.

Retreat ScheduleThursday 16 July 2015
Your complimentary transfer to Villa Boreh (approx 2.5hrs in modern airconditioned cars), is at 10am on Thursday 16 July. We will be picking up from Denpasar International Airport and Ubud. Many of our students spend a night or two in Ubud before or after the retreat, giving them time for shopping, sightseeing and soaking up the atmosphere. We can help you organise accommodation in Ubud (from $35pp per night) and tell you how to find our favourite cafes, yoga studios and shops.
