Your Autumn Intensive is taught by Adore Yoga Founder Nikola Ellis who has over 20 years of yoga experience so you can be sure of an authentic, inspiring and safe practice.Who's Going?
This class is perfect for students who want to extend their practice (or get back into it after a break!) with an intensive 'immersion'. Most participants in the 5 day intensives have some prior experience of yoga (you don't need to be an expert, but it will help if you're familiar with the basics!)
