What nourishes you, both inside and out?
As we transition into summer, go within to find a relaxed mindfulness, and graceful reflection. This deep, soothing 2.5 hour immersion is a fusion of Yin Yoga with myofascial release technique, designed specifically to target the whole of the physical body as well as the deeper layers of the energetic body. In the winter series, we explore the things that nourish your body, inside and out.
