Description

This program is systematically designed for students who want to deepen their yoga practice as well for aspirants who want to become competent yoga teachers. Completion of this course will lead to the Yoga Alliance certificate. The course covers different styles of yoga including Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha, Iyengar, and Aerial Yoga. This is an intensive course. Moreover, the student gets a deep insight into yoga philosophy, anatomy, and implement of Ayurvedic concepts.
