A bit over a year ago a regular massage client who owns a yoga studio asked me if I would hold an education session for her teachers... I said Yes immediately and then asked what she thought I could teach them.

She said 'Conscious Touch of course, you've ruined me for all other massage therapists and I want my teachers to know what you know.'

So, that's how it started... I started downloading and consolidating and translating what I have learned from 17 years of one-on-one transformational bodywork, holding group space for emotional release and trauma healing, facilitating conscious touch events and studies & workshops in conscious sensuality and sexuality.

And I realised I LOVE to teach this content.

Any work on touch will impact all touch relationships in your personal life as well as in your work as a yoga teacher.... and that's what makes it powerful. You're not just learning a new technique to add to your skills... you're shifting internally, knowing yourself better and that is what you will bring to your students.
