Santosha is a Sanskrit word that encapsulates the feeling state of absolute acceptance satisfaction and content.
At Santosha Yoga Space we seek to provide a sanctuary for you to learn and practise the many aspects of yoga - with highly qualified teachers, in small group classes for personal attention.
Framed by a lush rainforest garden and lit with natural light and the warm glow of many salt lamps, Santosha is a safe haven of surrender. Tucked away from the city streets, the studio is both private and welcoming.
