I hold a Diploma of Ayurveda from studies in Australia. I also studied under a Healing Master, specialising in an Ayurvedic healing system unique to Kerala, in India for 5 years. Its my understanding through observing myself and my clients for 20 years, that we humans need to know ourselves deeply. What are the forces or energies that are behind our thoughts and behaviors? Can we influence these energies in a way that supports our journey home to our true self? Ayurveda and Yoga say, yes we can.Through understanding how the Doshas interact in our bodies and the Gunas in the mind, we can begin to make the changes in our lives that bring the Doshas and Gunas back into harmony.
