Cat Quilla is an 800hr Certified Jivamukti Yoga and 1440hr Certified Satyananda Yoga teacher. She first came across yoga through energetic healing in 2002 by practicing Reiki and Himalayan Chakra Healing meditations that influenced and led her to the amazing and inspiring teachers of Kundalini and Hatha yoga at Samadhi Yoga Newtown in 2006. Her quest for an inner sanctuary led to traveling and studying ancient yogic teachings from India, South America, Mexico and just recently spending time with her holy teachers Sharon Gannon and David Life (founders of Jivamukti Yoga) in their retreat, home and animal sanctuary in the Woods in Woodstock, New York.


After becoming a Samadhi Yoga teacher in 2008 and practicing since 2004. Cat has been teaching to various ages from privates, yoga studios, schools, leading kirtans and yin yoga sound healings. Her classes are multi-dimensional and will leave you invigorated, heart centred and grounded on many levels. Emphasising Sw Sivananda's moto: 'Serve, Love, Give'

You're warmly invited to my new Jivamukti Yoga and Yin Yoga open classes Mondays, Wednesdays 8-9am and 6.30-7.30pm and Saturday 10am weekly at Quilla Yoga Shala in Waterloo (close to Danks St).


1hr classes full of life & energy, feel revitalised & renewed for the week. Jivamukti Yoga Open class has everything, Dharma talk (spiritual teachings), chanting, asana & meditation together with uplifting music. Yin classes hold poses for longer, assist to relax & go inwards -a great compliment to a vinyasa practice. Includes: sound healing & how to have a home practice.
