Cate Peterson

Cate is the founder of YogaHive, longtime yoga and meditation practitioner and teacher, and passionate advocate of bringing yoga to as many people as possible around Australia, so they can take the health and ethics born of yoga practice, 'Off the Mat'. Her passion for human evolution is fuelled by more than three decades in the fields of yoga, meditation, occupational therapy and therapeutic massage. Cate's social enterprises have included establishing Yoga Solutions - the first workplace-based yoga program in Australia, Mad4Massage - a network of masseuses providing event, workplace and online booking services across Australia, Healthy Results Seminars - a series of 12 easy-to-understand seminars giving people direct access to the raft of tools yoga provides to excite people to take the path to ultimate health, and Yogapass, an online collective of yoga studios and practitioners. Cate was the NSW Representative for Yoga Australia from 2008 to 2011, and continues to be at the forefront of the inspiring work of Off The Mat, Into The World Australia.
